The Spiritual Warrior

Forge yourself into a man of strength, discipline, purpose, and service.

The Spiritual Warrior is a transformational coaching programme focused on the formation of the mind, spirit, body and cultural consciousness — helping men move from distraction and drift toward discipline, purpose, and strength.

The Transformation

Every man is being formed by something.
The question is whether he chose it.

This is not about becoming someone else. It is about consciously constructing the man you have chosen to be.

Three Stages

THE PATH

AWAKEN

See yourself.

Become conscious of your current condition, habits, beliefs, weaknesses, influences and purpose.

REVIVE

Restore what has become dormant.

Rebuild the mind, spirit, body and your relationship with the traditions and heroic ideals that can provide a foundation for meaningful living.

RISE

Embody what you believe.

Turn knowledge into discipline, discipline into character, and character into purposeful action and service.

The Coaching

FOUR PILLARS

The whole man is formed on four fronts at once. Neglect one and the others eventually give way.

Os — speech, wisdom

MIND

Think clearly.

Mental discipline, philosophy, psychology, self-command, attention, intellectual development and personal responsibility.

Gyfu — gift, sacrifice

SPIRIT

Know what is worth serving.

Faith, prayer, virtue, meaning, courage, sacrifice, conscience and spiritual development.

Ur — aurochs, strength

BODY

Become physically capable.

Strength, conditioning, training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, physical discipline and detox.

Ing — ancestry, lineage

MYTHOS

Remember what came before you.

Western mythology, history, philosophy, literature, heroic traditions and cultural inheritance.

There is a war for your attention, your will and your soul. It is fought daily, in private, and mostly by men who do not know they are in it. The work is to become someone capable of winning it.

The Goal

BUILD WARRIORS FOR EUROPE

A warrior is not merely a man who fights. He is a man who has been formed — who has made himself equal to responsibility, and who holds himself to a standard no one is enforcing.

  • DISCIPLINE
  • COURAGE
  • STRENGTH
  • VIRTUE
  • RESPONSIBILITY
  • KNOWLEDGE
  • FAITH
  • SERVICE

The aim is to form men who are of genuine use — to their families, their communities, their culture, their civilisation, and ultimately to something greater than themselves.

Strength is not the destination. Strength is the capacity to serve.

Cultural Inheritance

MYTHOS

You inherited a civilisation. Study the ideas, stories and virtues that shaped it.

A LINEAGE OF HEROES & THINKERS

From the horse-peoples of the steppe and the heroic imagination of Homer to the philosophers, commanders and revivalists who sought to give their civilisation a form.

Not one unbroken line, and not one people — but a curated encounter with ideals that recur:

  • COURAGE
  • EXCELLENCE
  • DISCIPLINE
  • WISDOM
  • HONOUR
  • SACRIFICE
  • SELF-MASTERY
  • DUTY
  • SERVICE
  • MEMORY
  1. IINDO-EUROPEAN ROOT
    Peoples

Yamnaya · Corded Ware · Bell Beaker

    Gods

Dyēus Phtēr · Indra · Thor · Wotan

A sun-honouring, horse-taming, milk-drinking warrior people whose gods rode chariots and whose language carried across a continent. Their sky father Dyēus Phtēr becomes Zeus, Jupiter and Týr. Everything after this is inheritance.

  2. IIGREECE

    Achilles · Leonidas · Alexander

The heroic ideal put into verse: excellence pursued in plain sight of death. Rome would inherit that ideal and hand it an empire to govern.

  3. IIIROME

Julius Caesar · Marcus Aurelius · Belisarius

Will, self-command, and duty held long past the point of reward. Caesar takes the world, Aurelius learns to govern himself, Belisarius defends what is already falling.

  4. IVGERMANIA

Siegfried · Beowulf · Arminius · Theodoric the Great · Æthelstan

The North answers with the sworn oath: dragon-slayer, hall-defender, the man who broke Rome in the Teutoburg — and the kings who turned warbands into nations.

  5. VARTHURIAN EUROPE

King Arthur · Lancelot · Gawain · Galahad

Force bound by vow. Chivalry and the Grail turn the quest inward — the knight must become worthy before he can win. Medieval Europe took the romance and made it a code that real men under arms were held to.

  6. VIIRELAND

    Cú Chulainn · Lugh · Brian Boru · W. B. Yeats

The hound who chose a short life and a long name; Lugh of the long arm, sun-bright and many-skilled; a High King at Clontarf; and the poet who woke them all again.

  7. VIIPRUSSIA

Frederick the Great · Zieten · Blücher · Clausewitz

Discipline made into a system. A king who played the flute and wrote philosophy, a hussar, a marshal who would not stop, and the mind that finally explained war to itself.

  8. VIIIBRITANNIA

Alfred the Great · Robert the Bruce · Henry V · Nelson

Endurance on an island. The king who saved learning while fighting for survival, the man who rose after every defeat, the victor of Agincourt, and duty carried to the final signal.

Not a syllabus to complete. A gateway to walk through, and a lifetime of reading behind it.
